100 & 200 Date Street Rehabilitation
(Boulder City, NV)

The 100 & 200 Date Street buildings were constructed in the 1930′s and 40′s by the Bureau of Mines for laboratory and office space in Boulder City, NV. In 2007, the Bureau of Reclamation began addressing seismic and structural issues. Since the properties were part of the City’s Historic District, Spectra Company was brought in to provide rehabilitation and restoration. Once completed, the buildings will serve as office space and conference facilities for the Bureau of Reclamation.
