Linda Vista Apartments
(Los Angeles, CA)

Purchased by AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc. in 2001, the Linda Vista Hospital Complex has been renovated into affordable housing for seniors now called Hollenbeck Terrace. Built on the site of the original Santa Fe Coast Lines Hospital, the current Mission Revival Structure was constructed in 1924. The hospital was eventually renamed the Linda Vista Community Hospital but, following years of steady decline, was finally closed in 1991. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in January 2006.
