Marco Millan joined Spectra Company as a Superintendent in 2022, bringing over 26 years of management and execution of construction projects. His experience includes acting as owner liaison for field operations, leading weekly production meetings, maintaining schedules, subcontractor field management, layout of work, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and standards. Marco is responsible for overseeing projects, project safety and acting as liaison between subcontractors, project managers and owner.
