Mitsy Espinoza joined Spectra’s team as a Project Engineer in 2022, bringing over 5 years of experience in contract administration and project coordination within commercial construction. She has handled budget forecasting, billing and prevailing wage. At Spectra, Mitsy is responsible for assisting the project management team in administration of construction project requirements such as project setup, contract specification review and implementation, project data management, preparing project submissions and RFI’s, tracking contract changes, and other various project coordination duties.
