Titus Jumper brings to Spectra Company a background in Business Development. His experience includes serving as a Business Development Consultant for Fortune 500’s in oil/gas and energy supply. Titus worked in partnership with such companies as Just Energy, AT&T, and Tracfone to build and develop sales systems and model their relevance by executing these systems across sales teams.
In addition to his formal education at Citrus College, Titus maintains a passion for ongoing education in the arena of leadership and sales. His favorites include The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership (John Maxwell), Tipping Point (Malcolm Gladwell) to more formal educational books such as Good to Great (Jim Collins) and many more.
