Over 30 Years of Historic Construction

TEAM OF 150+ BUILDERS, CRAFTSMEN, AND PRESERVATION PROFESSIONALS SPECIALIZING IN HISTORIC CONSTRUCTION

Spectra Company served as the General Contractor for two of our most significant historic structures on the Pala Reservation, restoring the Blacktooth House and rehabilitating the Calac Adobe. Spectra did a fantastic job preserving the integrity and character of one of the original houses on the reservation, as well as rehabilitating one of the last remaining adobe structures, which had been severely deteriorating. I appreciated the attentiveness, professionalism, and experience of the Spectra team. Their preservation expertise has only grown stronger now that Dick Gee—who served as our historic architect on these projects—has joined the Spectra team.
