Rafael Barrios serves as both Project Manager and Estimator for Spectra Company, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is highly skilled in painting, drywall, carpentry, masonry, tile and granite, waterproofing, glazing, and antique restoration and preservation. Rafael’s dedication to hands-on craftsmanship led him to manage and supervise large crews and complex projects, while also excelling in estimating. His broad range of expertise, combined with his background as a construction supervisor, provides him with a deep understanding of what it takes to ensure success in the field—making him an indispensable member of the Spectra team.
