Heritage Architecture & Planning has collaborated with the Spectra Company on at least a dozen historic restoration and rehabilitation projects. Spectra Company served as the General Contractor for two of our most significant historic structures on the Pala reservation, restoring the Blacktooth House and rehabilitating the Calac Adobe. Spectra did a fantastic job restoring the integrity and character of one of the original houses on the reservation and one of the last remaining adobe structures that was deteriorating. I enjoyed the attentiveness and experience of the Spectra Team, and it only adds to their preservation expertise now that Dick Gee – originally our historic architect for these projects – is now part of the Spectra Team.
