Joshua Swodeck works with Development and Marketing for Spectra Company, The Union on Garey, and The Cathedral since 2024. For over twenty years, he has partnered with innovators, thought leaders, and community organizers to clarify vision and design strategies that move goals forward. A creative problem solver, Joshua has supported CEOs, for-profits, nonprofits, government agencies, and creatives through brand storytelling, strategic marketing, and design. His background as an Consultant, Art Director, Creative Director, and Designer has grounded his work in the power of narrative and development.

Beyond his professional roles, Joshua is deeply engaged in community leadership. He currently serves as Cultural Arts Commissioner for the City of Pomona, Vice President of the Board for the School of Arts + Enterprise, and as a board member of Latino/a Roundtable SGV, NAMI Pomona Valley, Downtown Pomona Owners Association, and Urban Rising Los Angeles. He also contributes as a Steering Committee member for the California College for All Coalition and is an Association member of the LA County Fair/Fairplex. Additionally, Joshua has served on numerous arts grant panels, including LA County’s Organizational Arts Grant (Folk Art) and the National Endowment for the Arts Folk Art Grant.
