Andrew Franco is a Project Manager at Spectra Company, bringing extensive management experience from more than 600 projects across the Southwest. His background spans bullet-resistant and security-focused construction, including work for financial institutions such as Bank of America and numerous government facilities. Andrew also has broad expertise in healthcare, higher education, and utility projects. He earned his degree in Construction Management from San Joaquin Valley College, graduating as Salutatorian of his program.
