Cynthia Figueroa joined Spectra Company in 2004 as a Receptionist. Over time, Cynthia advanced to her current position as a Project Administrator where she collaborates with Spectra’s project management team to put together contracts, proposals, and change orders.

She has been involved with numerous notable projects including:
