John Tiersma joined Spectra Company in 2021 as the Director of Construction. He brings over 39 years of experience as a project manager and scheduler, adhering to plans and specifications, developing schedules, estimating, and preparing and negotiating contracts. John works directly with Spectra’s project managers, superintendents and project engineers on developing and bidding general contracting projects.
