John Tiersma joined Spectra Company in 2021 as Director of Construction, bringing more than 39 years of expertise in project management and scheduling. His experience spans developing schedules, estimating, preparing and negotiating contracts, and ensuring strict adherence to plans and specifications. At Spectra, John collaborates closely with project managers, superintendents, and project engineers to oversee and support the development and bidding of general contracting projects.
