Rafael Barrios works as both a Project Manager and Estimator for Spectra Company. Rafael has been a professional in the construction industry for over 25 years. He is very well-versed in painting, drywall, carpentry, masonry, tile and granite, waterproofing, glazing, antique restoration and preservation. Rafael’s dedication to his hands-on work lead him to managing and supervising large crews and projects, as well as estimating. His wide range of skills makes him an integral part of the Spectra Company team and his past experience as a construction supervisor enables him to bring intimate knowledge of what is required to be successful in the field.
