Reuben Lombardo works as the Senior Preservation Estimator for Spectra Company. He has extensive experience, and is a key team member of developing and maintaining Spectra’s high standards of preservation practices. Having a Master of Fine Art from UCLA and being a hands-on restoration craftsman for many years, his areas of expertise include ornamental concrete and plaster, terra-cotta and tile, historic murals and decorative painting, sculptures, mold-making, stone, wood, and metal restoration. He has shared his expertise in the historic field by serving two terms on the Board of Directors for WCAPTI (Western Chapter of the Association of Preservation Technologies) and participated in multiple presentations and workshops on the restoration/preservation of historic structures for WCAPT, APTI, CPF, LA Conservancy, APF (Arizona Preservation Foundation) and ACI (American Concrete Institute).
