Hercules Campus

Hercules Campus, formerly known as Hughes Aircraft Company, was built in 1941 by Howard Hughes. This large 28-acre campus with 530,000 combined square feet of space was used to produce aircraft, atmospheric entry probes, and guided missiles, to name a few. The campus underwent restoration in recent years to adaptively reuse it for corporate office use.

Spectra started working on the campus in 2015 to restore the metal and wood windows and continued to finish a wide scope of work on many of the buildings on campus including the interior restoration of Howard Hughes’ office. Today, the campus is used for the technological innovators of today such as Google and YouTube.
