Spectra Company, the Historic contractor for the Mayfield Strub Hall project, delicately removed and restored architectural woodwork and flooring, breathing new life into the historic space. The integration of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) showcased a seamless blend of tradition and innovation, while new window installations ushered in a breath of fresh air. Interior plaster restoration and faux painting added the final touches, preserving the charm of the past while embracing a renewed vitality.
